About Us

A Chinese manufacturer of lithium energy-storage batteries and systems, supplying B2B customers worldwide.

HUFENG New Energy is a Chinese manufacturer of lithium energy-storage batteries and systems. We supply B2B customers worldwide — installers, system integrators, distributors and OEM brands — with products that run from a 5kWh wall-mounted home battery all the way up to megawatt-scale containerised storage.

What We Make

Our range covers five production lines:

  • Residential storage — wall-mounted and floor-standing 51.2V LFP batteries, 5.12kWh to 14.34kWh per module, up to 15 units in parallel.
  • Stackable systems — building-block modules on low-voltage (51.2V) and high-voltage (204.8V and above) platforms, plus all-in-one units with the hybrid inverter built in.
  • Commercial & industrial cabinets — liquid-cooled outdoor cabinets, with or without integrated PV MPPT, pre-commissioned at the factory.
  • Containerised systems — 20ft and 40ft liquid-cooled containers, either DC-side battery-only or AC-coupled with the PCS on board.
  • Light-vehicle power batteries — 48V to 64V LFP packs for e-bikes and tricycles, with matching smart swap cabinets.

Cells and Safety

We build on Grade-A LiFePO4 cells with in-house BMS. Residential and stackable products are rated for 6,000+ cycles; liquid-cooled C&I and containerised systems reach 8,000+ cycles, with cell temperature difference held within 5°C. Protection includes multi-layer BMS safeguards, high-voltage interlock, insulation monitoring and pack-level aerosol fire suppression. Enclosures are rated IP54 on outdoor cabinets and containers, IP67 on light-vehicle packs.

OEM and ODM

Neutral packaging and logo silk-printing are standard options across the range. Capacity, communication interfaces and enclosure appearance can be configured to your specification, and our engineering team supports you from prototyping through to validation.

Built for Export

Systems are 50/60Hz self-adaptive and communicate over CAN and RS485, making them compatible with mainstream hybrid inverters worldwide. Containerised systems support IEC 104 and other dispatch protocols for utility-side projects.
