Liquid-Cooling AC-Coupled Containerized ESS

Liquid‑cooling AC‑coupled containerized ESS is an all‑in‑one AC‑coupled energy‑storage system. The container fully integrates battery clusters, bi‑directional PCS, liquid‑cooling thermal management, EMS, fire‑protection and power‑distribution units. Pre‑assembled and commissioned in factory, it directly outputs 400V three‑phase AC power and can be grid‑connected with simple on‑site wiring. Intelligent liquid cooling keeps cluster temperature difference ≤5℃, delivering ≥8000 cycles and stable operation from ‑20℃~+55℃. It supports grid‑tied, off‑grid and black‑start modes with full grid‑auxiliary services including peak‑shaving, frequency‑regulation and reactive‑power compensation. Multi‑layer safety protection includes pack‑level aerosol fire suppression and HV interlock. IP54 rating and C4 anti‑corrosion enable open‑air outdoor deployment. Multiple containers can be paralleled on AC side for capacity expansion. Built‑in EMS supports IEC104 and other dispatch protocols. Widely applied for C&I micro‑grids, solar‑wind power‑station supporting and utility‑side energy‑storage power stations.
